Real Estate Attorney- Full-Time

What you will be doing:

Provide the highest level of legal advice and service to the firm's clients.

Make a substantial and meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by guiding them through the process of buying, selling, leasing, financing, and developing real estate in Massachusetts (and Rhode Island if licensed).

Manage a variety of residential and commercial real estate-focused transactions and matters, including negotiation of real estate transactional documentation.

Conduct appropriate legal research.

Enjoy a collaborative relationship with the other attorneys, paralegals, and staff at the firm.

Maintain a useful understanding of changes in relevant laws to ensure the highest level of legal representation.

Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Experience you will need:

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (and Rhode Island if possible).

Familiarity with real estate transaction processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients.
