Personal Injury Attorney- Full Time
Location: Torrance, CA, 90501
What you will be doing:

Managing a caseload of 30-40 cases acting as the lead attorney through all aspects of litigation from filing through trial

Developing case strategies and theories
-
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
-
Taking and defending depositions including plaintiff, defendant, experts, and more
-
Engaging in settlement negotiations
-
Acting as second chair in trials
-
Maintaining client communication to provide updates on case progress
-
Overseeing and directing Paralegal and other support staff
Experience you will need:
-
3-7 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active California bar membership in good standing
-
Proven track record of successfully managing a caseload and resolving cases for high value

Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
