What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst position at FutureNET?
Business Analyst Support
- A BA who can work directly with the L&I team, with Director acting as the lead business contact.
- The BA would serve as the primary liaison between the Client and Development team, helping ensure business needs are clearly understood, documented, and communicated to the project team.
- The focus would be on identifying pain points within the POSSE Business Licensing module and defining the associated business requirements.
- Responsibilities could include requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, documentation, and validating proposed solutions with the business.
- Ideally, the resource would have experience with licensing processes and, if possible, prior experience with POSSE.
- This will be an early on business requirements gathering phase for new development.
