Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Manager to oversee the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) on a full-time, day shift schedule. The RN Manager will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a skilled team of clinical professionals in a dynamic acute care environment.
Minimum Education:
- Graduate of an approved and accredited Nursing program (2–4 year program)
- Bachelor’s degree required; BSN preferred
- RCIS or RTR: Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an acute care facility
- At least 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab or specialty area required
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
Required Certifications / Licenses:
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state of residence is required
- If you hold an RN license from another Compact state, you must apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from your home state within 30 days
- RCIS or RTR certification preferred
- South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) certification required within 30 days of hire
- American Heart Association BLS (CPR) certification required within 7 days of hire
- American Heart Association ACLS certification required within the orientation period
