About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager – Cone Debone Superintendent to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure compliance within a high-volume processing environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on operational management, and the ability to oversee multiple departments effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily Cone Debone operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- Oversee multiple departments and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, USDA regulations, sanitation protocols, and pre-operation guidelines.
- Use operational and financial data—including Agristats—to drive improvements and make informed decisions.
- Develop, coach, and mentor supervisory staff to maintain high performance and accountability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience, including managing multiple departments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Prior poultry industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and USDA sanitation regulations.
- Experience with financial/operational analysis, especially Agristats, is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
