About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations at our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and a commitment to ensuring optimal equipment performance, reliability, and safety within a regulated production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, and automation systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Utilize CMMS and maintenance planning tools to schedule and track maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Provide training, coaching, and development for maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
- Familiarity with food safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
