About FutureCow
FutureCow develops innovative dairy solutions that improve cow comfort, herd health, and operational efficiency. We partner with dairymen and dealers to deliver cost-saving, high-impact products. As we scale, we need a marketing leader to build, own, and grow our marketing function from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full marketing function: brand, digital, PR, product marketing, events, and trade shows
- Design, build, and lead FutureCow’s marketing department—strategy, processes, team structure
- Create and execute campaigns that drive leads, dealer engagement, and customer retention
- Define and track core KPIs: lead generation, brand awareness, sales pipeline contribution, customer retention, revenue growthPartner closely with Sales to align go-to-market programs to target dealers and customers
- Represent FutureCow at industry trade shows and events
- Oversee the Marketing Coordinator plus contractors and external agencies
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- 7 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in dairy, agriculture, or animal health marketing
- Proven ability to blend brand / relationship building with digital marketing execution
- Creative skills and experience with brand development
- Experience designing scalable marketing systems and processes
- Excellent communicator, comfortable in external-facing roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who can execute and lead
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with dealer/distributor networks
- Familiarity with analytics tools, marketing automation, SEO/SEM
- Trade show or field marketing experience
