Position Overview

Future Trucking is hiring both CDL-A Company Drivers and Owner-Operators for Local and Over-the-Road (OTR) routes. Whether you are seeking the stability of a company driver role or the independence of operating your own truck, we provide dependable freight, strong operational support, and opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities

As a driver with Future Trucking, you will:

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on local and/or OTR routes
• Transport freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate logs and electronic documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations
• Secure cargo and ensure safe, damage-free deliveries
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and updates
• Follow all DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements
• Represent Future Trucking professionally with customers, vendors, and team members

QualificationsFor All Drivers

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
• Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism

Additional Qualifications for Owner-Operators

• Must own and operate a Class A truck
• 2 years of verifiable driving experience preferred
• OTR experience preferred for long-haul routes
