Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory & Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory across multiple events and locations, overseeing ordering and restocking, managing operational schedules, and supervising support staff.
The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, previous experience in inventory or supply chain management, and be capable of managing people, tasks, and data in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory counts across multiple event locations
Forecast, order, and track inventory levels
Develop and manage schedules for event staff and shipments
Lead and manage a small team to ensure efficient packing, setup, and breakdown of inventory
Use Excel spreadsheets to manage inventory logs, packing lists, and forecasting
perform regular audits and implement processes to minimize shrink/loss
Work with leadership to optimize operations and improve systems over time
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead and manage a small team
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Base Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
