- Deploy machine learning models and LLM systems that drive meaningful impact for our products and users
- Analyse complex, large‑scale structured and unstructured datasets to uncover insights and opportunities
- Enhance LLM output quality across diverse use cases, including optimisation of multi‑step reasoning chains
- Lead MLOps initiatives including model performance tracking, benchmark design, quality assurance, and compliance
- Influence long‑term data and AI strategy, including governance, ethical AI, and scalable frameworks
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative, production‑ready solutions
- Mentor and uplift junior data scientists, setting standards for excellence

You’ll Be Successful If You Have
- A Master’s or Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Experience from within AI sector, ideally agentic AI
- Strong experience with NLP techniques: LSTMs, CNNs, transformers, topic modelling, supervised NLP
- Commercial experience with modern LLM ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, multi‑agent frameworks, GPT‑based systems)
- Python experience focused on machine learning and NLP. Knowledge of other software languages is highly beneficial
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
