The Opportunity
As a Project Consultant, you will run up to 2–3 in-home appointments per day, presenting exterior remodeling solutions to qualified homeowners. This is a one-call-close environment with real expectations and real upside.

What You'll Do
- Conduct consultative, in-home sales presentations with homeowners
- Close deals in a one-call-close environment with professionalism and integrity
- Travel throughout New Jersey to meet customers where they are
- Manage your pipeline, follow-up, and performance metrics independently
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
- Handle objections, rejection, and pressure without external motivation
Requirements
- Prior in-home sales experience (home improvement, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC strongly preferred)
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on homeowner availability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High emotional resilience and personal accountability
Comfort with straight commission compensation

- Straight commission with uncapped earning potential
- Majority company-provided leads
- Enhanced commission opportunity for self-generated sales
- Expected first-year earnings: $100,000–$175,000
- Proven top performers earning $200,000–$350,000
- Additional performance incentives and bonuses available
- Optional, time-limited recoverable draw may be available for qualified experienced candidates
