We are developing the very best lead generators and appointment setters and are looking to start our next training class in October, 2025. We give you the tools, the training, the locations, and you bring the energy and motivation! This is a door-to-door canvassing position where our Reps are paid a base salary and an industry high commission package! You would be setting appointments with homeowners in need of exterior remodeling services. You DON'T have to make the sale, just set the appointments for our Sales Consultant to provide an estimate, and get paid!
What You'll Do:
Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with homeowners and promote our exterior home remodeling services.
Identify homes that qualify for our services and schedule complimentary, obligation-free informational sessions to explore enhancing their property investment.
Participate in home remodeling events and fairs to cultivate relationships with both prospective and current customers.
Acquire lead generation expertise applicable to diverse career paths.
Engage in weekly company, team, and skill development meetings to stay aligned with organizational objectives and enhance personal growth.
Execute tasks with efficiency, integrity, and a robust work ethic.
Transform instances of rejection into invaluable learning experiences, refining skills and mastering the craft of door-to-door marketing for home remodeling.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work outside, on your feet, on a daily basis, Tuesday through Saturday.
Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to learn scripts, social behaviors, and appointment setting tactics, and apply them in field settings.
Intrinsic self-motivation with a desire for excellence and success.
Relentless at perfecting your craft, always willing to learn and develop new skills.
Highly developed social skills, enjoys interpersonal communication, and speaks clearly and with poise.
Capacity to persevere through rejection and derive valuable lessons from it.
Desire to grow and become a better leader and person.
Previous sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.

Average first year total compensation range: $60,000 - $90,000

Schedule and Location:
