AI Accelerator and Automation Director

Job Summary
Future Point of View is looking for an AI Acceleration & Automation Solutions Director to help lead the next phase of applied AI implementation for our clients and internal teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is excited about building practical AI solutions. The right candidate will help design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents, workflow automations, and integrated tools that improve how organizations work.

This role will work closely with our Innovation Team, Client Operations Team, consultants, and client stakeholders to turn business use cases into secure, scalable, and reliable AI-powered workflows.

We are looking for someone who can both build and lead. You should be curious, practical, organized, technically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where tools and possibilities are constantly evolving.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain AI agents that support research, summarization, content generation, routing, reporting, decision support, and knowledge retrieval.
• Design and implement workflow automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Connect AI workflows with business systems such as CRMs, spreadsheets, databases, project management tools, collaboration platforms, and client environments.
• Translate business needs, workflows, and pain points into practical AI and automation solutions.
• Support client pilots, prototypes, phased rollouts, and implementation projects.
• Participate in discovery sessions and workshops to identify opportunities for AI agents and automation.
• Work with FPOV consultants to scope solutions, estimate level of effort, and determine feasibility.
• Create reusable templates, workflow maps, prompt libraries, documentation, and implementation playbooks.
• Test AI outputs and workflow performance for accuracy, reliability, responsible behavior, and business usefulness.
• Track performance metrics such as time saved, output quality, accuracy, adoption, and client feedback.
• Help build and eventually lead a team focused on AI automation and implementation delivery.
• Stay current on AI tools, automation platforms, agent frameworks, and practical implementation methods.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in AI implementation, workflow automation, business analysis, process improvement, technology implementation, quality assurance, product analytics, data analysis, or related work.
• Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, conversational AI, bots, virtual assistants, or AI-enabled workflow tools.
• Experience using or learning automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Power Automate, n8n, Airtable, Notion, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, data movement, and how business systems connect.
• Ability to take a business problem and turn it into a practical workflow or automation solution.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working with clients, consultants, technical teams, and internal leadership.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI use.Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Leadership capability and interest in helping build a new service capability.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
