Sales Manager - Do-It-All (Small Dealership)

We are looking for an exceptional individual to step into a Sales Manager role where you will be an integral part of our success, handling everything from the initial sale to the final paperwork.

What You'll Be Doing:
As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey. Your day-to-day will be diverse and include:
- Frontline Sales: Greeting customers, demonstrating vehicles, and closing deals.
- Customer Follow-Up: Managing and executing comprehensive follow-up strategies to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- F&I (Finance & Insurance): Handling all aspects of the Finance and Insurance process, including securing financing, presenting protection products, and preparing contracts.
- Team Support: Utilizing our available Sales Tach (sales CRM/tracking system) to monitor performance and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Operational Excellence: Ensuring all sales procedures are followed accurately and compliantly.
What You Won't Be Doing:
- You will not be responsible for vehicle inventory management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrable track record of success in auto sales and/or management.
- Dependability & Independence: Must be self-starting, reliable, and able to manage all aspects of the role without constant oversight.
- F&I Proficiency: Experience or strong capability in handling the full F&I process.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing our Sales Tach and other digital tools to manage sales and follow-up.
