This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Closer. The Mortgage Loan Closer will be responsible for reviewing and finalizing loan files, preparing and ensuring the accuracy of loan documents, coordinating with lenders, brokers, and escrow agents, and guaranteeing compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. The role also includes managing the funding process and providing seamless communication to ensure a smooth closing experience for clients.
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Loan Documents, with attention to detail
- Understanding of Funding processes and Escrow procedures
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for mortgage processing
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
