AT&T Entry Level Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers directly, and present AT&T promotions and services that could best be suited for the customer
- Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for AT&T services such as wireless, internet, TV, and cell phones
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of AT&T products, promotions, and special offers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and long-term satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent customer service through sales
- Engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for AT&T services such as wireless, internet, TV, and cell phones
AT&T Entry Level Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
