Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $30.00 – $40.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do
- Perform full vehicle reconditioning, including mechanical and safety repairs
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and electrical systems
- Complete multi-point inspections and identify repair needs
- Perform maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid services, and filter replacements
- Prepare used vehicles for front-line readiness and resale
- Ensure all repairs meet dealership quality and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized work area and proper tool care
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and recon team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive technician or reconditioning experience required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Experience with multiple vehicle makes and models preferred
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on ½ ton trucks and larger vehicles
- Diesel truck experience a plus
- Multi-brand automotive repair experience
- Prior dealership or high-volume recon experience
