Pay Scale
Base hourly compensation ranges between $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus substantial bonus opportunities based on overall performance and productivity.

- Assist parts counter customers with selecting automotive parts and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Locate, source, and order parts efficiently and accurately
- Prepare invoices and coordinate parts deliveries for wholesale customers
- Build and maintain strong wholesale account relationships
- Proactively solicit and grow wholesale business opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts documentation
- Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers
- Support daily parts department operations in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Automotive parts counter or wholesale parts experience preferred
- Ford parts experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Computer and inventory system experience preferred
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
