We are in search of a talented and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Fairless Hills maintenance department. Your duties will include executing equipment repairs in a timely manner, complete preventive maintenance service, and assist in engineering projects as needed. To excel in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Drive our Target Zero safety first culture in all activities.

· Promote One Team culture and strong communication with team.

· Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, automation, software, hydraulic and pneumatics systems

· Coordinate with production to accommodate all necessary repairs and improvements.

· Utilize Maintain X CMMS program to handle work orders.

· Continue to implement 5s within the department.

· Assist operators on equipment set-up to ensure proper operation.

· Maintains safe and clean working environment.

· Assist in maintaining the facility as needed.

· Be able to respond to situations where shifting priorities are common and difficult conditions happen.

QUALIFICATIONS / OTHER REQUIREMENTS

· High School Diploma is a job requirement- Associate’s Degree is a plus

· 2 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing / industrial setting.

· Able to work independently and in a team setting.

· Provide one’s own hand tools to perform job responsibilities.

· Must have effective verbal and written English communication skills.

· Able to work overtime as required.

· Bi-lingual is a plus.

· Communicating verbally in person and on the telephone.

· Ability to use a computer.

· Ability to multi task.

KNOWLEDGE – SKILLS – ABILITIES:

· Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, & hydraulics.

· Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical schematics.

· Ability to troubleshoot control circuits and wire 480 Volt Motors and Equipment is a plus, but not required.

· Experience troubleshooting PLC’s, drives and other various hardware is a plus, but not required.

· Welding and metal fabrication is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to execute physical work such as climbing, and lifting objects.

· Ability to walk and carry tool backpack

Wage starting from $26.00/hr

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
