The Role
We're hiring a Senior Growth & Account Lead to own client accounts end-to-end — strategy, paid media, lifecycle, and the relationship. You'll support our paid media acquisition clients, own performance while managing a media and creative team.
This is a part-time role for someone senior enough to run accounts independently and steady enough to want a long-term home, not a stepping stone.
What you'll own
- Full-funnel growth on your accounts: paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms)
- The client relationship — weekly syncs, performance narratives, strategic pivots, and the trust that comes from clients knowing their account is genuinely handled
- Translating performance data into clear, decision-ready recommendations tied to real business KPIs (CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS)
You are
- Senior and full-funnel. 4 years in growth marketing, and you've personally run both paid acquisition — not just managed someone who did. This is the non-negotiable.
- An independent operator. You manage your own priorities, energy, and timelines. Leadership doesn't need to manage around you, and clients don't need to chase you.
- A clear communicator. You consolidate and synthesize. You bring solutions, not noise, and you tell clients the truth kindly.
- Looking for a home. You want depth and longevity with a small, high-quality team — not a title to collect on the way to somewhere else.
- Comfortable part-time. This is part-time role to start, with a path to full-time, and you want it that way.
- Has experience with and looking to work in an agency environment
Strongly Preferred
- Health, wellness, DTC, or family-brand experience
- Creative strategy or UGC production exposure
- A point of view on where AI accelerates growth work (and where it doesn't)
