HOW YOU DRIVE RESULTS:
As a Car Salesman at Future Auto Sales, you'll do more than sell vehicles-you'll create an exceptional buying experience. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting customers and building genuine relationships
- Guiding customers through vehicle options and purchase decisions
- Selling cars and helping customers find the perfect fit for their needs
- Managing leads, communications, and follow-ups via email
- Using our CRM system to track customer interactions and progress
- Collaborating with your team to meet and exceed sales goals
OUR IDEAL CAR SALESMAN:
- 5 years of sales experience (preferably in car sales, but experience selling luxury goods like watches or shoes also applies)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
- Excellent email and follow-up etiquette
- Team player with a positive, energetic attitude
If you've worked on cars or have a genuine passion for them, that's a major plus!
