We are seeking an individual experienced in maintenance of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that equipment and facilities are in proper working conditions by actively working to repair, improve, and applying preventative maintenance across the facilities and equipment where needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform root cause for troubleshooting.
  • Repair or replace motors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, valves, and other components.
  • Assist with equipment installations and upgrades.
  • Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general infrastructure.
  • Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify issues or potential hazards.
  • Complete repairs on doors, floorings, fixtures, and other structural elements.
  • Support contractors performing specialized facility work.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records.
  • Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in safety audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from operations and production teams.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to prioritize work.
  • Provide input on equipment reliability, spare parts needs, and process improvements.
  • Maintain safety and shipping regulations and standards.
  • All other maintenance duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school training preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to lift, climb, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, squat, rotate trunk of body without limitations.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Safety focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production settings.
  • Certifications such as HVAC, electrical, welding, or maintenance technician credentials.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.

 

Pay Rate and Benefits

  • Pay Rate dependent on qualifications.
  • Work schedule is Monday – Saturday (10 hours M-F, minimum 6 hours Saturday)
  • Standard benefit package available including medical, dental, vision, 401k plan, etc.
