🔑 What You’ll Do

• Answer and route incoming calls and provide general information
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience 
• Provide accurate and timely information using company tools and resources
• Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
• Support the sales team with follow-ups and communications
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of products to customers 

🎓 What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and insurance 
• 1 year of customer service or related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
