Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for production and people? As a Producing Branch Manager, you’ll take charge of your branch’s operations while actively building your own book of business. This is a unique opportunity to lead by example—driving sales, developing talent, and delivering exceptional service.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting and relationship management
- Meet and exceed production goals and sales targets
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve branch objectives
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture aligned with company values
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices
- Report on branch performance, KPIs, and sales metrics to senior leadership
- Represent the company in the community and industry events
🧠 What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- 2 years of experience in the title and escrow industry
- 1 year of direct leadership experience
- Proven success in a producing role with a strong sales mindset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
