The strategy. Senior-secured, collateralized growth capital, asset aggregation, and special situations. Bespoke structures, hard collateral, real covenants, shorter duration.
The seat
Full deal lifecycle from day one: origination, underwriting, structuring, execution, and portfolio management. The team is intentionally lean, minimal layers between you and the partners, meaningful responsibility immediately, and direct mentorship from senior leadership. Strong path to advancement for someone who wants to build deep expertise.
You
- 2-5 years in private credit
- Strong modelling and comfortable with messy data and non-standard capital structures
- Excellent written communication; memo quality matters here
- Self-starter temperament suited to a lean, entrepreneurial environment
- Top undergraduate program with a strong academic record
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
