The Opportunity

This is not a role where Associates spend years confined to a narrow part of the investment process.

You will be involved across the full deal lifecycle from day one, working directly alongside senior investment professionals on sourcing, underwriting, structuring, execution and portfolio management activities.

Candidate Profile

We are interested in speaking with individuals who possess:

• 2-5 years of experience within private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, special situations, restructuring or a related credit investing environment
• Strong financial modelling and credit underwriting capabilities
• The ability to analyse complex businesses, imperfect information and non-standard capital structures
• Excellent written communication skills and experience producing high-quality investment memoranda
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a lean and collaborative team environment
• A strong academic background from a leading undergraduate institution
