Role Description
As a Spare Parts & Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with customers, support order processing, coordinate shipping documentation, assist with travel arrangements for technical staff, and help keep operations running smoothly. This position reports to the General Manager and collaborates with our headquarters in Italy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA, where you will play a vital role in creating exceptional customer experiences.
What you’ll do:
- Process customer orders, prepare order confirmations, and invoices
- Verify order details such as addresses, quantities, and pricing
- Maintain customer records and enter orders into the CRM system
- Follow up on material flow and shipping documents
- Prepare packing and shipping lists
- Coordinate travel for technical staff
- Review and process expense reports
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Customer Experience management and ensuring high-quality service standards
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Technical aptitude or familiarity with spare parts and related documentation is beneficial
- Previous experience in service-oriented roles is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
