Customer Support Associate (Remote)

Futura Marketing is hiring a remote Customer Support Associate in Naples, Florida. This is a part-time position within our distribution team. Weekday daytime shifts only. No experience required — training provided. Pay: $21-$26/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Update order and shipping information
• Resolve delivery issues and delays
• Follow service workflow guidelines
• Escalate complex cases when needed
• Maintain accurate support records
