What We’re Looking For
We are hiring experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals who meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Strong understanding of standard, deep, and move-out cleaning
- Have your own cleaning supplies
- Your own book of business (your own clients)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Commitment to high-quality work and following company procedures
- Respectful and professional when interacting with us, our clients, and while in their homes
We do not tolerate poor communication, late arrivals, or lack of effort. You will be a direct reflection of our brand when on-site, and we expect every job to be done to a high standard.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of residential cleaning experience
- Must have a working smartphone and data
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies (vacuum, mop, rags, surface-safe cleaners, etc.)
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation
- Job Type: Contract (W-9)
- Pay: $22 to $30 per hour based on experience and performance
- Paid within 72 hours
About Independent Contracting
