Role : Sr. Java Developer
Location : San Leandro, CA (Day 1 onsite - no flexibility)
Long term Contract
Must have : Java, Kafka, MongoDB, and Microservices experience.
Job Description :
- 7 years of development experience in Java / J2EE
- 3 years of development experience with Java 8, Spring boot, and REST Web Services is a must.
- Advanced proficiency and hands-On experience with database development using SQL
- Competent in distributed systems design and implementation. Experience with Object-Oriented Design and test-driven development.
- Advanced proficiency in unit testing as well as coding in Java 8 and Spring Boot technologies
- Experience in testing automation using Junit / Mockito, Cucumber
- Knowledge of the UNIX (Linux) environment is a must
- Experience with AWS?
- Experience with build tools like Maven / Gradle
- Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably SAFe
- Good communication skills
