Hourly Rate: 26/hour
We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our Life & Annuity Customer Contact Centre as an Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Assist policy owners and agents with incoming calls related to their life insurance policies or products.
- Handle inquiries and concerns regarding premium, billing, website access, and client changes (e.g., beneficiary updates, address modifications).
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of customer service experience in the Insurance/Financial Services contact center (preferably Life Insurance/Retirement Services)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and through emails/phones with businesses
- Prior call center experience
- Able to multi-task and handle calls with a high degree of accuracy
- Open to feedback and passionate about learning and development
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to provide options
- Highly motivated and committed
- Team player who supports and assists colleagues
Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint, PDF)
- Knowledge of insurance terminology (preferably Life/Retirement Services)
- Proven computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency in learning new applications
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or above required
Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm CST (Possible Weekend operations)
