We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager with a strong background in luxury, single-family custom home construction to manage projects from groundbreaking through final handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and daily construction activities.
- Perform material take-offs and review purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and clients.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship, premium finishes, and timely project completion.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in high-end custom home construction.
- Hands-on proficiency with Buildertrend.
- Strong skills in plan reading, material take-offs, scheduling, and budget management.
- Knowledge of North Carolina residential building codes and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
