Civil Engineer (PE / EIT / Senior-Level)
Location: Massachusetts preferred; New England region • Full-Time
We’re growing and seeking a Civil Engineer at any level—PE, EIT, or experienced non-licensed—to support a variety of civil and land development projects.
Responsibilities
- Design grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater systems, and site layouts
- Prepare plans, calculations, and project documents
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and permitting agencies
- PE-level candidates may lead work and stamp drawings
Candidate Profiles
- PE: MA license preferred; out-of-state PEs welcome; relocation support possible
- EIT: 2 years civil/site experience
- Experienced Non-PE: Strong civil/site project experience comparable to an EIT/PE
Preferred Skills
AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater design, land development, grading, septic systems, and local/state permitting. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Licensing Flexibility
Candidates licensed in CT, NH, or ME are encouraged to apply. Multiple New England office locations offer flexible work options.
