Guaranteed hours: 36hrs/week
Responsibilities:
- Completes the nursing process to promote and restore patient health.
- Collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provides physical and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Supervises and guides assigned nursing staff.
- Delivers care in compliance with nursing practice, hospital, and regulatory standards.
- Provides peri-operative care as a circulating and/or scrub nurse.
- Ensures safe, effective, and therapeutic patient care in the operating room.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participates in 24-hour on-call rotation as required.
- Assesses patients and recognizes post-anesthesia and post-operative complications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of RN-OR experience
- Active RN WA/Multistate License
- ACLS,BLS/BCLS,PALS
