Role DescriptionThis is a local, full-time, in-office role for a Project Architect in a dynamic office in Poughkeepsie, NY. The Project Architect will be a team leader responsible for day-to-day project management, including overseeing architecture design, project and client management and municipal entitlements. Additionally, the Project Architect will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for design and consultant coordination purposes. QualificationsExperience in project management and architectureProficiency in using Revit, Enscape, Building Information Modeling (BIM) softwareStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related fieldMinimum 12-15 years professional experience.Registered Architect preferred.
