About the Role
Client is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and has a strong understanding of HVAC and construction operations.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage day-to-day project operations across multiple job sites
- Coordinate with company leadership, estimators, and construction managers
- Develop project plans, timelines, staffing strategies, and resource allocation
- Oversee teams, including 1–2 supervisors and their crews
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate daily schedules and updates with field and office teams
- Prepare reports for management, clients, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Oversee coordination of Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Piping work on-site
