Job Title – Data Analyst (Workday)

Job Type – Hybrid

Job Location – Richmond, Virginia

Duration- 12 Months with the possibility of extension

Required Skill:

Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting

Strong understanding of Workday HCM data and business objects

Experience with calculated fields and report building

Strong skills in SQL and Advanced Excel

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Job description:

Develop and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Custom Reports)

Create and manage calculated fields and business objects in Workday

Analyze HR data such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and compensation

Extract and transform data from Workday for deeper analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs

Build dashboards and present insights for leadership decision-making

Support data integrations and data flows between Workday and other systems

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance

Nice to Have:

Experience with Power BI or Tableau

Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIB, APIs, Workday Studio)

Experience with Python or data analysis tools
