Direct Hire Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
15 years of experience leading complex electrical engineering projects.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering large-scale electrical systems, including power distribution and mission-critical infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and construction documentation with experience leading QA/QC efforts.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project scope/budget/schedule, and build strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD products; comfortable leveraging technology to improve design quality and efficiency.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team development
