Qualifications & Experience
Experience with ARIS or another Enterprise Process Repository to capture and manage business processes is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8 years of experience in business architecture, marketing technology, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Proven experience working in agile and/or scrum environments, partnering with product owners and delivery teams.
Expertise in business process analysis, capability modeling, and requirements definition within a marketing or digital context.
Solid understanding of marketing technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven marketing concepts; comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and understanding technical trade-offs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, executive-ready insights.
Salary : $85 - $90
