Job Role: eMachine Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) Engineer
Location: Des Moines, Iowa, United States (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30-$32/hr. on W2
Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT-EAD & L2S only
Summary:
Looking for a PV&V Engineer with strong experience in electric machines and rotating components to plan, execute, and track verification and validation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute PV&V plans for electric machines
- Perform lab/field testing and teardowns
- Track activities and report ACR status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
- 2 years in PV&V / test planning
- 2 years working with electric machines or rotating equipment
- Experience with test instrumentation and data acquisition
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and travel locally
Nice to Have:
- Electric drive components, accelerated testing
- Windchill, Creo, or AI-based testing exposure
