Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or financial services
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management techniques
- Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic loan processing and account information
- Maintain knowledge of retail products, financial software, and sales techniques to provide informed assistance
- Handle cash register operations with precision, including 10 key typing and retail math calculations
- Support inventory management by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills, including retail math and cash handling accuracy
- Familiarity with financial services or banking products is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers
- Ability to operate cash registers, POS systems, and financial software efficiently
