Job description:Fussbally is Denver’s fastest-growing youth soccer development program, focused on world-class technical training, small-sided play, and a culture of continuous improvement. We train over 1,000 players each year through a level-based curriculum designed to help every child grow.We are looking for a Program Operations & Quality Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping a youth program run smoothly. This role combines administrative operations with on-field quality support. You will help ensure that our daily training sessions run at an excellent standard, that communication with families is smooth, and that the overall experience continues to improve as we grow.This is a great role if you enjoy structure, problem-solving, being around youth sports, and taking ownership.Important Note About This RoleFussbally is a growing startup, and this position is built for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. This is not a traditional 9–5 administrative job.
