Here's What You'll Be Doing
- Handle escalated support tickets, including break/fix issues, application installations, and configuration of user‑level settings.
- Contribute to server administration, networking, and security tasks, such as:
- Setting up new Hyper‑V hosts
- Troubleshooting and deploying SonicWall firewalls
- Managing Datto networking switches and access points
- Supporting additional modern technologies implemented across client environments
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- CompTIA A and/or Network required (If not currently held, must be obtained after employment)
- MD‑102 preferred
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
- Working knowledge of SonicWall firewalls, Datto Networking, and core networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and Office 365 cloud services
- Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS
- Experience with Datto BCDR and/or SaaS Backup
- Experience with Autotask PSA is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation required
