Moon Companies is looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Collections Specialist to help keep our accounting operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

Enter and maintain accurate billing and accounts receivable data.

Review billing statements, invoices, and related documents for accuracy.

Contact customers to resolve billing issues and ensure accounts are current.

Manage past-due accounts by arranging payment plans or coordinating resolution.

Research, compile, and track data related to collections efforts.

Prepare and distribute accounting reports as needed.

Assist with clerical tasks such as mail distribution, phone calls, and other office support.
What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good with numbers and basic math skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
