Yard Coordinator Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and disinfect units, holding tanks and areas affected by sewer or septic, ensure proper working condition of returned units.
- Logistics Support: Load/unload units, stock delivery trucks, manage inventory.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure yard (no rivets, trash, etc.).
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all established safety and operation procedures and processes for assigned duties. (example - brand stickers, PPE, & ride-a-longs, etc.)
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75-100 pounds.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Must be able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as required to access units.
- Able to remain focused and alert while driving for extended periods of time.
- Able to handle strong odors.
