We are looking for a Yard Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team at Safety-Quip. In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and maintaining portable sanitation units and company trucks to support safe and efficient delivery operations. You will be responsible for overseeing/managing the concrete side of the business as well. You will run and maintain, clean, and ensure nothing is piling around the concrete machine.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday 7am-4pm

Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean and disinfect units, holding tanks, and any areas affected by sewer or septic. Ensure all returned units are in proper working condition.
- Logistics Support: Load and unload units, stock delivery trucks, and assist with inventory management.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure yard (free of rivets, trash, etc.).
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all established safety and operational procedures, including PPE usage, proper labeling, and participation in ride-alongs.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in a related field preferred
- SPANISH Speakers preferred
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 75-100 pounds
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stretch, pull, climb, and crawl as needed to access units
- Must be able to handle strong odors
