Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical Program Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day technical liaison between Medical OEM engineering teams. The role focuses on driving execution across distributed teams, removing blockers, ensuring technical alignment, and enabling smooth delivery of engineering changes. The position also includes Verification & Validation (V&V) testing responsibilities for select changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM (MSN) and TCS (BLR) engineering teams
- Proactively identify missing information, unclear ownership, and stalled decisions, and drive resolution
- Facilitate technical discussions, clarifications, and working sessions across time zones
- Track dependencies, action items, risks, and ensure timely escalation of issues
- Translate engineering intent into clear, actionable tasks for offshore teams
- Perform Verification & Validation (V&V) activities including test definition, execution, and review
- Ensure alignment with Medical OEM SOPs, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Biomedical, or related Engineering field
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in the medical device domain is required
- Strong hands-on experience in Verification & Validation (V&V) testing is mandatory
