Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is looking to hire a Speech Therapist at our partner Assisted Living Facilities in Bedford and Concord, NH. In this role, you will determine appropriate speech therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, providing speech therapy services to a diverse range of patients

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, you will work with a senior population to assess, treat, and help manage speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs
- Design sessions that may include manual therapy, neuromuscular training, or wellness-based approaches
- Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff for integrated care
- Provide patient and caregiver education to support therapy goals
- Accurately document care using EMR in compliance with state and facility standards
- Promote therapy within the community and support professional development
About You:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Active license in the state of NH
- Strong interest or experience in geriatric care
- Skilled in communication, interpersonal relationships, and patient engagement
- Passionate about providing evidence-based, high-quality care
- Committed to learning, growing, and contributing to a team
