- Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts within target industries and geography
- Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, HR Leaders, and hiring managers
- Generate new contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand workforce strategy and technical hiring needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Develop strategic account plans for key growth clients
- Represent Fusion HCR professionally in networking events and industry functions
Required:
- 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales or professional staffing sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling contract staffing solutions
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
- Ability to navigate and sell into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Existing local network within target market
- Experience selling to industries such as Healthcare IT, FinTech, Manufacturing IT, Telecom, or Enterprise Technology
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
