RushFusion100 is a fast-growing custom apparel brand specializing in sorority and campus merchandise nationwide. We’re looking for driven, entrepreneurial students to join our team this summer and help scale across campuses.This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in sales, marketing, and brand building while working directly with the founder.
- Conduct outreach to sorority executive boards (Presidents, Recruitment Chairs, Apparel Chairs)
- Build relationships and generate new business across multiple campuses
- Help drive sales through direct outreach, referrals, and campus connections
- Collaborate on custom apparel projects for recruitment, philanthropy, and executive boards
- Support marketing initiatives and brand growth across social media and campus presence
- Highly motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Strong presence or involvement in Greek life is a plus
- Comfortable with outreach (DMs, email, networking)
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and leads
- 6% commission on all sales generated
- High earning potential based on performance
